User Name = What is your user name on WolfQuest?
Wolf Name = Whats your wolf character's name?

Gender: Which sex are you?

Wolf Age = Whats your wolf age?
Age in real = What is your age? (Don't have to answer if don't want too)

Rank = What rank are you in the pack?
Dream Rank = What rank do you really want in the pack?
Dream Rank Reason = Any reason why you want that rank?

Pelt: What fur color does your wolf have?
Eyes: What eyes color does your wolf have?
Scars/Marks: Does your wolf have any Scars or marks? explain them
